Also advise recipient to notify theirĪdministrators about the mails that were not coming through so that they can check their servers to see if that mail was considered as spam due to some issues. so to get an idea about what happened to the message that was sent use message tracking.
It might also be an issue with the recipient's environment where their Antispam agents or Spam filters would be holding that email. In case if the email is in sent items then it gives a clear indication that the message was queued for delivery.
